The Gathering 2010 PDF Print E-mail

Once again the flagship event of the year will be our Annual Gathering. A group of Directors are pulling the programme together taking the comments from last year into account - so lots of time for networking, good food and stimulating presentations are all being fitted into the programme.

We will be back at the Winnock Hotel in Drymen on Saturday 6th November. Mindful of the budgets we shall be inviting all our member community organisations as a priority.

This is likely to mean that places will be at a premium. Why don't you apply for membership to ensure an invitation and a place. You can download a members form via our Membership section of this website.

Make sure you book early when the information comes out from our support officer Christine Nelson.

EGM 31st March 2010 - Date Announced PDF Print E-mail

An Extraordinary General Meeting has been called on Wednesday 31 March 2010, 6pm at the Three Villages Hall, Arrochar in order to Select a New Board

All Members of the Community Partnership, are invited to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting on 31 March 2010, at the Three Villages Hall, Arrochar.

Since widening the Membership scheme in November, we are delighted to say that we now have 32 organisations which have full membership and 3 organisations which have associate member status of the Community Partnership.  We feel that this is the right time for the Interim Board to step down, to allow a new Board to be nominated and elected by the membership.

Full Member organisations are entitled to nominate a Director who shall be elected to the Board.   The maximum number of elected directors is 12. Of the 12 Elected Directors, there should be 3 from each of the 4 areas of the Park. (Details on our Articles of Association can be found on our website - www.lltnp-cp.org.uk ).

To celebrate the progress made by the Partnership and all the communities of the Park, the evening will also include wine and nibbles and the launch of the Community Partnership Volunteer Awards 2010.

We really look forward to seeing all the Members of the Community Partnership coming together for this special event – come and celebrate with us in Arrochar!
